堅(jiān)守教育初心，繼續(xù)逐夢(mèng)前行 

4月11日上午，成實(shí)外教育集團(tuán)品牌推廣部姚志偉部長(zhǎng)一行赴成外附小美年校區(qū)指導(dǎo)黨建宣傳工作。

On the morning of April 11th, Minister Yao Zhiwei, Brand Promotion Department of Virscend Education Group went to MIC Campus to guide the propaganda work of Party building. 

姚部長(zhǎng)走進(jìn)一年級(jí)課堂，聽取老師的上課情況，關(guān)注青年黨員教師的成長(zhǎng)。立足本職，爭(zhēng)先創(chuàng)優(yōu)，成外美年黨員老師們?cè)诮逃虒W(xué)中起到了引領(lǐng)示范作用。

MinisterYao went into the First Grade class, observed the teacher's class and got to know about the growth of young Party memberteachers who have played a leading and exemplary role in education and teaching. 

     以學(xué)生為本的教學(xué)設(shè)計(jì)，靈動(dòng)的課堂氣氛，活潑的小組討論，充分體現(xiàn)了黨員教師的風(fēng)采。心中有責(zé)任，眼中有孩子，我校全體教師懷揣著這樣的赤子之心，不斷提升著業(yè)務(wù)水平和教學(xué)能力。

The student-centered teaching design,dynamic classroom atmosphere and lively group discussion fully reflect the demeanour of Party member teachers. With responsibility in mind and children in eyes, all teachers in our school keep a pure heart and improve their professional level and teaching abilityconstantly . 

  我校黨支部書記、校長(zhǎng)鐘靈滋向姚部長(zhǎng)、李承澤老師、姜鑫老師匯報(bào)了我校黨建工作的開展情況、規(guī)劃和目標(biāo)，以及黨員教師的先鋒模范作用。

Ms. Zhong Lingzi, Secretary of the Party branch and principal of our school, delivered a report on the development, planning and objectives of the Party building work in our school, as well as the exemplary role of Party member teachers. 

        孫葉單部長(zhǎng)就我校宣傳工作向姚部長(zhǎng)作了總體匯報(bào)。

Minister Sun Yedan gave a report on the propaganda work of our school. 

      姚部長(zhǎng)高度評(píng)價(jià)了我校黨建、宣傳工作，贊揚(yáng)師生們充滿了蓬勃的朝氣和活力，經(jīng)驗(yàn)值得推廣。

Minister Yao praised the Party building and propaganda work in our school, as well as the vitality of teachers and students. He also expressed that the experience of our school is worth promoting.    

      同時(shí)，姚部長(zhǎng)對(duì)我校黨建工作也給予了悉心指導(dǎo)：要增強(qiáng)政治意識(shí)，以黨建為引領(lǐng)，助推學(xué)校發(fā)展；不忘初心，辦人民滿意的學(xué)校；要把教育的方針、理念、目標(biāo)、價(jià)值觀融入到工作、學(xué)習(xí)中；做好宣傳工作，在品牌打造上，要有集團(tuán)意識(shí)，同時(shí)體現(xiàn)出學(xué)校特色。

Minister Yao also gave meticulous guidance to our school's Party building work on political awareness, the guidance of Party on  development of our school, the original intention, the educational principles, concepts, goals and values, and the characteristics of our school.

我校黨支部組織委員歐冰潔代表我校黨組織，對(duì)姚部長(zhǎng)的指導(dǎo)和鼓勵(lì)表示感謝，在集團(tuán)的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)和關(guān)懷下，我校將進(jìn)一步以黨建為引領(lǐng)，繼續(xù)筑夢(mèng)前行，立德樹人。

On behalf of the Party organization of our school, Ms. Ou Bingjie, member of the Party branch organization of our school, thanked Minister Yao for his guidance and encouragement. Under the leadership and care of the group, our school will go on our education work with strength and dream under the guidance of Party.
